What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention inwards; to acknowledge your thoughts, feelings and physical sensations in response to a situation. 

Through mindfulness, you will experience a change in how you perceive the world around you. By following my online course, you can learn techniques that will enable you to bring about heightened self-awareness, manage and control negative thoughts and give you the means to take charge of those things that are holding you back.


The benefits of Mindfulness are as unique as the people practising it, but there are some key benefits that many people find;

Really enjoyable. I looked forward to the classes, it has definitely helped awareness and morale

To continue to run some form of class and have that time to meditate or talk through mindful techniques would be a great benefit to me, it has already helped a great deal
