“I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and feel that it has made a real difference in my life – I want to continue and look forward to further improvements in my whole being”

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness can be defined as paying attention to the present moment, non-judgmentally and on purpose, or put more simply, your mind, your body, same place, same time, same focus. How often are your body and mind in the same place at the same time?

Bringing mind and body together allows you to establish a sense of peace, a gap between stimulus and reaction that can allow you to choose the appropriate response to a situation, rather than responding on auto-pilot.

Pat has created a series of online mindfulness courses that are suitable for anyone. Here you can try a FREE taster course or sign up to one of the more in-depth mindfulness training courses.
